Negeri Sembilan residents and business operators will now be able to enjoy a new level of Isuzu sales and service support following the opening of the revamped Isuzu Seremban 3S outlet.
Located in the bustling business area of Rahang, the outlet by Ultra Gallant Sdn Bhd showcases Isuzu Malaysia’s latest corporate identity while providing a host of sales and after-sales facilities to meet the needs of the growing population of Isuzu owners in the region.
The new 3S Centre was officially opened by the Chief Executive Officer of Isuzu Malaysia Shunsuke Okazoe who also took the opportunity to congratulate the management of Ultra Gallant on their company’s silver anniversary.
“To successfully conduct business operations for 25 years requires acumen, hard work and a customer-centric attitude. I am confident that with the enhancements made to the new Isuzu Seremban 3S Centre, Ultra Gallant will further drive the business forward and continue to delight our Negeri Sembilan customers,” said Mr Okazoe.
The Isuzu Seremban 3S Centre sits on a spacious plot of land measuring over 6,000 square meters with the service building housing 16 service bays including eight for medium and light duty trucks.
Inside the new facility is a comfortable customer lounge complete with refreshments for visitors or customers who wait while their vehicles are being serviced, while prospects looking for the latest Isuzu D-Max model will be able to browse in the comfort of the air-conditioned showroom and use the environmentally-friendly digital information panels. The opening ceremony coincided with Ultra Gallant’s 25th anniversary celebrations and the event was punctuated by live entertainment, a fireworks display, lucky draws and employee long-service awards. The Isuzu Seremban 3S Centre is located along Jalan Tampin-Seremban in Rahang and operates between the hours of 9am and 6pm daily.
